What will this program do for me?
Students will learn about children's development, focusing primarily
on infants and toddlers, working with the family and community, introduction
to early childhood education and curriculum. Upon successful completion
of 60 units in Child Development and General Education courses, the student
will obtain the Associate of Arts Degree.

What
are the requirements for receiving a degree?
A total of 60 units are required to graduate with an A.A. Degree. This
includes 12 units of the core courses, 18 units in the Child Development
Program and 2 units of Health 14 Advanced First Aid and Emergency Care. Please refer to Program Curriculum for specific requirement information.
