The program prepares students for all levels of administrative positions including support. Students will learn various business software programs in addition to extensive word processing and general office support skills.

What are the requirements for receiving a certificate?
The certificate must be completed within three years with successful completion of all courses with a grade of "B" or higher. Classes may not be repeated more than once. For more specifics on requirements, please refer to the Program Curriculum. Or please call the Department at (415) 239-3203.

How much money can I expect to spend?
Since this is a noncredit program, there is no cost to the student. However, some instructors may require textbooks.
