Student Cap & Gown Order Process

1. Register
   • Please visit the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) to get your registration form
     • The registration form is on page 7 of the downloadable "Grad Newsletter" (right hand column).
   • With your unofficial transcripts attached submit your registration form to the OSA, Ocean Campus, Conlan Hall, Room E106, in person.
   • You will be given a receipt (view sample) that you will use for step 2.
2. Order Your Package
   • Download and fill-out the Graduation Package order form and submit with payment and your OSA Registration Receipt (view sample) to the Bookstore Annex.
     $5 Late Fee applies to all orders placed after April 23. Please be sure to include this fee with your order.
3. Pick Up Your Package (Dates Vary)
   • Order by April 9 - Pick up beginning April 30
   • Order April 10-23 - Pick up beginning May 14
   • Order after April 23 - Pick up beginning May 21
     • During regular business hours M-R 8:30-6, F 8:30-3.
     • Packages will not be mailed to you
     • Packages will not be available the day of Graduation
4. Congratulations! Enjoy Your Special Day.

Faculty and Staff Ceremony Participation / Regalia Ordering

Attending this year's commencement ceremony? You will need to reserve your seat for the ceremony ahead of time. Attendees must be in graduation regalia, available for order at the Annex.

• NEW RESERVATIONS FOR THE CEREMONY ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED
  Already Have Your Regalia?  Reserve Your Seat.
  • This can be accomplished in one of 3 ways
    1. Download and fill out our reservation form. Then submit the completed form to the Annex.
    2. Use our online reservation form, the quickest and easiest way to reserve your seat. 
    3. Send an email to Kathy @ the Annex with the following information:
       1. First and Last Name
       2. Office extension and or alternate telephone number
       3. Email address
       4. Campus mailbox
  • Reservation deadline is May 11, 2012

• NEW ORDERS FOR REGALIA ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED
  Need Graduation Regalia?
  1. Download and fill out our order form.
     • Staff members without a Bachelors or above degree may Rent or Purchase the Bachelors regalia to participate in the ceremony.
  2. Submit with payment  in person or by mail to the Annex by April 16.
     • Order deadline is April 16, 2012.
     • Orders after April 16 are subject to a $10 fee (includes expedited shipping costs).
