The Unix orientation is recomended for students in courses: CNIT 131, 132 and 133; CS 111ABC, 113A, 130A, 131A, 132A, 151A, 160AB, 177, 211E, 260A, 270, and possibly 110A and 134; and all students using e-mail on HP UNIX.
