is your Identification number. User ID usually starts with W00. If you do not remember your User ID you can visit Web4 and use your Social Security Number to login and get your User ID.
PIN....
is your personal identification number.
Unless you have otherwise specified, your PIN is initially set
to your birthdate (MMDDYY).
When entering your PIN, please remember you MUST enter six digits-
for example enter May 6, 1965 as 050665.
PINs are 6 digits and must be numeric.
To maintain the security of your records, it is recommended that you
change your PIN number.
Do not give your user ID and PIN to anyone
else.
