A hands-on class focusing on technical considerations and content issues required to produce and deliver video content over the Internet. History of video delivery technology and its impact on traditional broadcast media.
After successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Outcome 1: Plan, produce, upload, and distribute video for the web.
- Outcome 2: Create, write, shoot, and edit creative content that tells a story.
- Outcome 3: Research and analyze the history of video content delivery over the web and its impact on traditional broadcasting and personal broadcasting.
- Outcome 4: Use current technology to promote video content to target audience.
