Congratulations to the Men's Cross Country Team

Congrats to the Men's Cross Country team who won the Northern California Cross Coutnry Championship on Saturday, November 8th, held in Redding. The team won by 6 points over previously number one ranked, American River. This was CCSF's first championship since 1969. The team was led by all Norcal efforts from Chris Geber, Fernando Diaz, Mark and Luke Frazier.

Congratulations to Marc Dyer who was named Norcal Coach of the Year.
