Student Learning Outcomes:

Students will develop basic Excel skills while practicing speaking, listening, and writing skills in English.  

Procedure:

1. Students ask each classmate for their birthdate, recording these in their notebook.

2. Teacher demonstrates with the projector how to create a simple Excel spreadsheet using this information. (see attached final product).

3. Students each create a similar spreadsheet, which they then save to their own disc.

4. Teacher posts final product on the class bulletin board.
