T-TEC partners with employers of community health workers and social services paraprofessionals in order to provide training for workers, help clients move into careers in the field, publicize job openings, and place interns. T-TEC is guided by a Community Advisory Board that includes representatives from small and large nonprofit organizations and county agencies. The Alameda Health Consortium is our lead employer partner.
