If you are an employer in the human services field, T-TEC can offer you a number of benefits. You can engage in some or all of the following activities with T-TEC and its partner colleges:
In some cases, T-TEC is also able to provide classes at the worksite, or at convenient neighborhood locations.
- Send your job listings to T-TEC and we will forward them to our highly trained program graduates and students.
- Offer targeted skills training to employees who are looking to advance in your organization.
- Recruit your clients and employees who want to work in the human services field into the certificate and degree programs at Berkeley City College and City College of San Francisco.
- Provide low-cost training to incumbent workers by encouraging them to attend specific T-TEC courses that can improve job performance and staff retention.
- Assess your employees’ and clients’ readiness for college-level work, and link them to counseling about educational and career options at one or both of the partner colleges.
