The Real Estate Education Center welcomes the new Acting California Real Estate Commissioner, Barbara Bigby, in her latest capacity. Retiring Commissioner, Jeff Davi has returned to the private sector and his home in Monterey. Ms. Bigby is our acting Commissioner until Governor Brown appoints Mr. Davi’s successor. Ms. Bigby has many years experience as Deputy Real Estate Commissioner. The Department is in good hands during her tenure. The Real Estate Education Center and all California Community College real estate educators extend to her our congratulations and support.
