DO YOU HAVE A YAHOO.COM OR HOTMAIL.COM E-MAIL ADDRESS?  These programs do not like me.   Many students who use these free e-mail services have reported that they do not get my messages.  Apparently, Yahoo and Hotmail consider me a spammer and put my messages in the Bulk Mail folder.  Your messages get through to me, but my responses and e-mails containing instructions, login information and confirmations do not reach you.  If you do not have another e-mail address that you can use, PLEASE make sure you regularly check your bulk mail folder!!!  You can also consider setting up a free account with Google's mail service; I have not received reports of problems with Google.
