1. When performing the Freestyle stroke lifting the head up as you swim causes your legs to sink.

2.  The Elementary Backstroke uses the flutter kick.

18.  The back flutter kick starts from the hips, keeping the ankles loose and floppy; power coming from the upward kick.

19.  You should always 'push off' the wall to begin swimming as it allows you to begin your stroke with momentum.

20.  The Breaststroke is the oldest known swimming stroke.

21.  When you turn your head to side to breathe in the Freestyle Stroke, you should lift your entire head out of the water.

22.  When walking, jumping or diving into the pool, the water is the most dangerous immediatate element.

23.  Rescue Breathing should be used if the victim is not breathing and has no heartbeat.
