ARROWS –
You have been assigned a set of 8 arrows. You are responsible to maintain your arrows by having them repaired as needed. Broken arrows will be repaired free of charge but, lost arrows will cost you $2.00 each. The complete set of arrows needs to be returned at the end of the semester.

ARROW REPAIR PROCEDURE -
1. Fill out an Arrow Repair Slip and scotch tape it to the broken arrow (or arrow pieces).
2. Place the Arrow and Slip into “TO BE REPAIRED” Bin.
3. Next week check the bin and return your repaired arrow with your set.
BOW –
You will be assigned a bow to use during the class period. The top number on the bow is the BOW NUMBER. The bottom number is the BOW WEIGHT (the amount of poundage it takes to draw the bow). Do not put your bow on the ground. Check your Bow every class period for safety. Do not Dry Fire any bow.
Make sure that YOUR bow number is listed by your name on the Equipment room door. If you change bows, you are responsible to write the correct bow number next to your name. In that way, your bow won’t be assigned to another student.
Students are encouraged to bring their own bows and arrows to class if available.

ARM GUARD AND TAB –
Each student is responsible to supply his or her own Arm Guard and Finger Tab. You can purchase them from the instructor or at an Archery Shop. You will not be allowed to shoot without both items each class period.
GROUND QUIVER –
You will need a ground quiver for each class period. Quivers will be supplied.
OTHER ITEMS NEEDED IN CLASS –
Bring a pen or pencil for scoring
Sunglasses, hats, caps, sunscreen and drinking water for sunny days
Boots for wet soggy days
Score Cards and Targets will be supplied
