What kinds of workshops are offered at CCSF?

CCSF offers workshops in the following areas: Biodiesel/Straight Vegetable Oil, Compressed Natural Gas, Electric Cars, Hydrogen, Hybrids, Geographic Information Systems, Motorcycle Maintenance & Trouble-shooting.

Who can attend these workshops?

ATTE workshops are open to the public and CCSF students. Some workshops are designed for fleet personnel or companies in the private and public sector. However, for the most part, all are welcome.

Are the workshops free?

Some of the workshops are free but most are fee-based. The fees for the workshops are used to cover the costs of putting together the classes.

How do I register for a workshop?

The best way to register for a workshop to contact ATTE Project Coordinator David Dias (415) 550-4455 or ddias@ccsf.edu. Once you have called or sent an email, please send a check payable to City College of San Francisco.

Do the workshops count toward college credits?

No. The ATTE workshops are separate from the curriculum offered at CCSF.

Where do the workshops take place?

All ATTE workshops take place at the CCSF Vocational Education campus located at 1400 Evans Ave, on the corner of Evans & Mendell.

When does the Biodiesel Club meet?

The Biodiesel Conversion Club usually meets on Thursdays at 12:00 pm. Times and dates are subject to change so plase contact David Dias (415) 550-4455 or ddias@ccsf.edu.
