Scholarship Information

Every semester, Queer Alliance offers two scholarship awards of approximately $200.00 each
to queer idenitfied students of City College.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE:

Any queer identified student may apply for consideration providing he/she:
Has a minimum 3.0 GPA
Has completed 12 hours of study at CCSF
Is currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 units

DEADLINES FOR CONSIDERATION:

Spring Semester - March 3, 2000 - 4:00 PM

Fall Semester - October 6, 2000 - 4:00 PM

Application Process

Along with the completed application, applicants must submit 1 letter of reccommendation attesting to the applicants participation in Queer Community Service, and/or to creative, academic or other achievements of benefit to the queer community. Winners of this award must also attend the Chancellor's Award Ceremony, and be acknowledged as a recipient of this award.
