City College of San Francisco is one of the largest community colleges in the nation. City College is governed by a Board of Trustees and the Office of the Chancellor with support from Shared Governance advisory committees and councils. Meeting schedules are listed on the College’s Master Calendar.

Finance and Administration maintains all the business operations of City College. Academic Affairs includes administrative units and departments that develop and offer instructional programs and classes. Student Development includes administrative units, departments, programs, and services that support students including the Title III project. The Budget Office coordinates and manages the annual budgeting process for the College.

Marketing and Public Information prepares and distributes press releases and City Currents which highlights accomplishments of City College faculty, staff and students. Institutional Advancement supports planning initiatives and provides support services for developing and implementing grants, reports on student success and satisfaction, reports college and regional trends, and manages the Decision Support System.
