Through the San Francisco Community College District     (District) Board of Trustees, the Chancellor has delegated authority for executing contracts to the Office of Administrative Services under the direction of Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration, Peter Goldstein.  The Dean of Administrative Services is Stephen J. Herman. 

Contract Compliance Officer, Norma Nelson is the first line of review for most District Contracts not absolutely requiring General Counsel review.  Ms. Nelson also manages the District's Small Local Business Enterprise Program.
