Scope:

The Board of Trustees of the San Francisco Community College District, San Francisco, California makes available to its employees the provisions of the United States Internal Revenue Code Sections 403(b), 457 and 529 and California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 17501. CCSF non-student employees are offered via payroll deduction the opportunity to participate in either or all of the tax sheltered investment plans.
