I was so grateful and will always be, because Bakersfield College and Student Services supported me throughout my four semesters in the Nursing Program. I made it through. I graduated in the Fall of ’08 and got hired on as an RN at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital. I don’t know how to thank the Community College District for getting me through, and my mother for giving me the gift of will power and determination.
