I am many things to many people. To some I am a student, to others a friend, for a few lucky ladies I am a father, for my remaining parent I am a son, for me I am a work in progress. The state needs to realize is that behind the out reached open hand before them, the one that is weathered, cracked, broken, bruised, soiled and torn is a community of good honest people that rely on that hand to nourish, promote, lead, and comfort them through the sunny days and stormy nights that is life.
