Notice to Students:

IMPORTANT: Starting June 1, 2010, all official CCSF email will go to CCSFmail accounts.

City College has partnered with Google to provide credit students with free email accounts as well as other services including web based word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.

All City College credit students have been issued a CCSFmail address. 

Starting June 1, 2010, all official CCSF email (e.g. registration information) will be sent to the CCSFmail address. By using the GMail address, CCSF can ensure that all messages will reach students email inbox.

Students can find information about their CCSFmail address and password by:

1. Logging on to Web4.
2. Clicking on the Personal Information tab.
3. Scrolling down to the Google student email link near the bottom of the page.

Students can also call the GMail Help Desk: at 415/239-3987 or get email help by sending a message to:  mailhelp@mail.ccsf.edu.

The CCSFmail FAQ is at http://ccsf.edu/gmailfaq.  The FAQ has details for logging on and how to forward email to a different address, for students who don’t want to check their CCSFmail account.

Starting in Fall 2010, faculty email to students will only go to the GMail addresses.
