Dean of Student Support Services

City College of San Francisco offiers a wide variety of student support services, including counseling and retention programs, tutoring, placement testing, new student orientations, career services, financial aid services, student health and psychological serivces, veteran's educational benefits and a Transfer Center. Through accessing these services, students will acquire the support and information they need to formulate their educational goals and persevere until they reach them.

Assist, guide, and oversee Student Support units in the development, assessment, analysis, and evaluation of student learning outcomes. Monitor strict adherence to time lines and ensure documentation and implementation of changes resulting from dialogue and evaluation of evidence.

Regularly measure counseling productivity in each program area to ensure the effectiveness of service delivery to students.
