Lab Assistants:

Tutors are assigned Desk duty on a rotational basis and is based on hours of availability. They're primarily responsible for checking in/out students to the Open Win/Mac and Multimedia sections. Also, they're responsible to answer the phone and dispense information when available.

Tutors:

Tutors are available to help with assignments in a variety of subjects, please check the Tutorial Assistance section under Services.

Faculty Monitors:

A faculty on duty may assist with certain programming and/or software questions and with the reset of passwords. Please check the Services section for more information.

Systems Administrators:

Sys Admins are responsible for managing the lab operations, configurations, room reservations and personal accounts on three major systems (Windows, Macintoshes and Linux RedHat).
