Jan 17 - First day of classes. First day to add/drop classes and change sections (add code needed).

Jan 21 - Saturday class instruction begins.

Jan 22 - Sunday class instruction begins

Jan 23 - Lunar New Year. No classes. College open.

Jan 31 - Last day to drop FULL-TERM courses to qualify for 100% refund of enrollment fees and international and nonresident tuition.

Feb 3 - Last day to add credit classes in person and on the Web.

Feb 9 - Last day to drop credit classes without notation of "W" on permanent record. Last day to drop or reduce coursework to qualify for 50% pro-rate International and Non Resident tuition fee refund.

Feb 17-20 - Presidents Day Weekend. No classes. College closed.

Feb 21 - Last day to request pass/no pass grading option for full term classes.

Feb 29 - Last day to request GPA verification for CAL grants to meet 3/2 deadline

Mar 1 - Last day to petition to receive Associate Degrees, Award of Achievement or Certificate of Completion.

Mar 16 - End of midterm period.

Mar 23-29 - Spring Vacation. No classes. College closed.

Mar 30 - Cesar Chavez Day. No classes. College closed.

Apr 5 - Midterm grades available on WEB4.

Apr 19 - Last day to file for leave of absence. Last day for student initiated or instructor initiated withdrawal.

Apr 27 - Flex Day. No classes. College open.

May 17 - Last day for students to fulfill requirements to remove an Incomplete grade from the previous semester.

May 18-25 - Final examinations.

Jun 7 - Final grades available on WEB4.
