The Leadership in Action Speaker Series (L.A.S.S.) began in the Fall of 2011. Each month a panel presentation is put together for all CCSF students. The panel is made up of local leaders that are doing wonderful work in their fields and/or communities. Each month has a different theme. Below is the schedule of the 2011/2012 series.
OSA Student Leadership Program
Student Leadership at CCSF
The Office of Student Affairs offers CCSF students the opportunity to be part of the Student Leadership Program. The program is geared towards helping students become leaders in whatever fields they are pursuing.
Students in the program participate in Leadership Speaker Series', Student Leadership Conferences, paid internships, mentoring services and even trips. Program participants who qualify, can even receive paid internships in the Dean's office helping coordinate all Student Affairs activities.
Leadership Credit Courses
Leadership courses are offered to students through one of our deparments, Student Activities. Students have the option to take the class in a traditional setting with other students or individually via independent study. For more information or to enroll, please contact us.
