Events at CCSF

All CCSF events are important to us and a valuable experience for our students as well as faculty staff. As such, there is now a Master Event Calendar for all events at CCSF. Our goal is to help facilitate the coordination of multiple events occurring on campus at the same time. 

We want your event to be a success and, therefore, ask that all events be submitted to our office for posting onto the Master Event Calendar. This will help to ensure that we avoid double bookings across our college campuses, as well as offering an opportunity to host similar events together that target the same demographics and create bigger turnouts for all. It also helps to ensure that all services required for your event are available on that day (examples: security, AV equipment, janitorial staff, etc.). Maintaining a Master Event Calendar is beneficial for the entire college; in fact, having one centralized location to view all campus events makes all events much more accessible to a wide range of students, faculty and staff.
