OSA Dean's Honor List

Minimum Qualifications

The minimum qualifications to be placed on the Dean's list are as follows: 

  • Minimum GPA of 3.30.
  • Full time student status (12 units) made up of letter grades.
  • W's on your record must not exceed the number of letter grades on your record.
  • You must be in good standing.

Notification

At the end of every semester our office compiles a list of all students who made the Dean's list. We notify student via email of their exceptional academic achievement and congratulate them in this way. 

Request a Certificate

You may request a printed certificate that reflects your place on the Dean's list for a particular semester. To request a certificate:

  1. Download the form here on this page or pick up the form in Conlan Hall E106.
  2.  Complete the form and designate exactly which semester(s) you are requesting the certificate for.
  3. Attach a current un-offical CCSF transcript.
  4. Turn in to Conlan Hall E106.
