Our Mission Statement


The Office of Student Affairs strives to enhance the quality of education of our students by promoting, offering, and supporting programs and divisions of City College of San Francisco. The Office of Student Affairs’ mission is to facilitate for all our students the pathway to achieving their educational goals and to further promote the possibilities & opportunities of pursuing a higher education beyond CCSF. We are focused in maintaining and producing programs that enable students to discover options and explore opportunities. Student Athletics, Concerts & Lectures, Mentoring & Service Learning, Student Activities are all a integral part of those services. We strive to maintain a solid Code of Student Conduct. In doing so, we are attempting to ensure that City College of San Francisco is a safe and protected institution of learning to the best of our ability. We want our students to thrive and in order for them to do that, we feel it is necessary for the college to be a safe environment. Part of our mission is to make CCSF a place where students are well informed of not only their rights, but also their responsibilities as students as well. Our policy is to provide services to our students in a professional, effective, and sensitive manner that helps promote student diversity, student activities, student learning, & student life on campus.
