FALL 2012 HIGHLIGHTS:
- Future improvements planned including upgrading of faculty email to a new provider to maximize effective communication, services access, and integration with mobile-device technology.
- Development of outcomes and assessment process
- Continuation of ongoing assessment of services including ITAC meetings
- Upgrades to services such as:
- Full implementation of web-based grading (based on feedback regarding ways to increase efficiency and accuracy)
- Full implementation of move to CCSFMail for students (to improve consistent and reliable communication across the college to our students)
- Installation of new air-conditioning unit in data center (to ensure reliability and proper maintenance of servers and other technology)
- New Chinatown/North Beach campus installed with wireless throughout building, smart classrooms, and state-of-the-art educational technology. Training provided.
