NOTE: YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER EVERY SEMESTER AS LONG AS YOU CONNECT TO THE WiFi NETWORK.

How many accounts are allowed per user?
Only TWO accounts are allowed per user (all others will be deleted).

How long does the sign-up process take?
It will take approximately two business days (Monday thru Thursday).
 
What is the next step after sign-up?
We no longer send out confirmation email about your new Wi-Fi account. 
After you sign up for two business days, please follow the instructions to connect your device to the CCSF Wi-Fi Network: Connect to Wi-Fi
 
If you need more assistance, please visit us during our office hours with your student ID and laptop or WiFi-enabled device.
 
Do I need a username and password to login to the network?
No! The new Wi-Fi system no longer requires login. Your Wi-Fi account will be authenticated by your wireless card physical address. 
 
If you provide the incorrect wireless card physical address on the online sign-up form, your portable device will be unable to get on to the Internet through our network.
