Most of our workshops offer Flex Credit. All CCSF instructors have an obligation to accumulate and report Flex credits by the end of each fiscal year. Read the Guidelines and use the forms on this page to report.
Workshops are currently offered in the following areas:
- Insight: CCSF's Moodle-based online learning platform provides a virtual classroom for enrolled students to access course materials, communicate, take quizzes, and more...
- Google Apps/Sites: Versatile online applications for writing, presenting, designing websites, calendaring, saving time, securing and organizing files, collecting information, communicating, and more...
Apply for a CCSFmail (Google) account here.
- Teaching Online: In the absence of face-to-face communcation, these courses emphasize the practices and pedagogy of effective online teachers.
- CMS (Content Management System): Approved users learn to develop and maintain department or program websites. To develop your own website, take the Google Sites workshops. Limited on-to-one training is available from Vic Fascio (firstname.lastname@example.org). To get an account, use this form (you must print it and get the required signatures before returning the form to the address on the form).
After identifying the workshop that will support your professional (and maybe personal) life, register here.
Unless otherwise noted, all workshops are held in the 313 Batmale Hall faculty/staff computer lab.
