For Tech-Enhanced Faculty

Spring 2014 Course Roll-over Schedule for

Tech-enhanced Credit Classes.

An email was sent to the techenhanced@ccsf.edu list-serv on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 with the link to the roll-over form for spring 2014.

Faculty who will be using Insight in spring 2014 have completed the Transitions to Insight 2 training. Thank you!

We are now ready to upgrade tech-enhanced classes for use in spring 2014. Please read this email carefully.

One of your Insight classes has already been upgraded. This is the class that you used while taking the Insight Upgrade class. You do not need to request that class. We will add the CRN to the class and move it to the spring 2014 folder.

If you would like to use Insight for additional classes please complete the Course Request Form (the link is included in the email sent on 12/3/13). Complete the form for each additional class you will teach in spring 2014 that you would like upgraded.

At the end of the Insight Upgrade Class you were asked to complete a survey requesting additional classes for spring 2014. Thank you! We also need you to complete the Course Request Form.

As you know, the upgrade of almost 600 classes is a monumental task. We must adhere to the deadlines below.

The deadline for completing the Course Request Form is Friday, December 13, 2013.

Courses will be ready on Friday, December 20, 2013.

A notification email will be sent to techenhanced@ccsf.edu.

Missing the deadline will cause a delay in the creation of your course for spring 2013. Courses requested after 5 pm on December 13th will not be created until Tuesday, January 21, 2014.

Please do not request a class that you will not be teaching in spring 2014. We are archiving all classes on Insight 1.9 on a server housed in Ed Tech. When/if you need a past course you can simply request the class from Ed Tech and we will upgrade it for you to the 2.4 server. More information will follow in January.

Thank you for your patience during the upgrade process.
