The LINK Center Peer Education Resource Room is located on the 3rd floor of the Multi-Use Building (Room 301).

Spring 2013 Hours of Operation:

MONDAY - THURSDAY 10:10am-5pm

FRIDAY CLOSED

The LINK Center provides safer sex supplies, information and referrals for HIV/STI information, and houses the libraries for the Infectious Disease Prevention Certificate Program, Drug and Alcohol Certificate program, Project SURVIVE Peer Educators and the Sexual Health Educators Certificate Program.

We have computers and a printer for student use. We have study areas and a small inner conference room available for students to reserve.  The LINK Center is a place to study, connect with other students and and receive peer support and referrals.

The LINK Center is also the home of Way-Pass (Women's After Care Program) and the Peer Care Management Program (both located in MU 301C).

 

Way-Pass (Women's After Care Program)

The Way-Pass program serves formerly incarcerated women attending City College of San Francisco. It serves as a bridge to women transitioning from incarceration to education and strives to increase retention and educational completion rates among formerly incarcerated women at CCSF. 

Way-Pass program services include outreach and support, case management, informal counseling, class planning and management, support groups and workhops, assistance with enrollment forms and registration, referrals to student supportive services at CCSF and community based organizations.

Peer Care Management (PCM)

The Peer Care Management (PCM) program aims to help students in the Health Education Department succeed at City College by providing systems navigation, linking to campus resources, and peer support.

The PCM Hours for the Spring 2013 semester are:

Monday 2-5pm

Tuesday 4-5pm

Wednesday 2-5pm

Thursday 2-5pm

PCM is available on a drop in basis and also by appointment.
