Kevin Koncsol is a Recruiter for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.  Kevin’s focus is on full-cycle recruiting; sourcing, reviewing, interviewing and on-boarding the best possible candidates for the Bank.  Kevin is responsible for hiring candidates for the Facilities, Administrative Services, Business Development, Corporate Strategy and Communications, Financial Planning and Control, Finance, Police Services and Public Information/Community Development areas of the organization.  Kevin has ongoing communication with hiring managers and staff to help clarify the recruitment policies and procedures of the Bank as well as the needs of their individual departments.

In August 2011 Kevin made the move to the Federal Reserve Bank after working at California Pacific Medical Center  for  8 years.  He began in the area of Compensation and soon after was promoted to Recruiter.  Before joining California Pacific Medical Center, Kevin worked at the Academy of Art University for almost 10 years.  His interaction with the Academy of Art Human Resources Department on various projects helped steer him towards a career in Human Resources.  To that end, Kevin enrolled at San Francisco State University and completed his Bachelors degree in Psychology.  He subsequently completed the Supervision and Management Program at City College of San Francisco.
