Reporting processes

Twice a year -- at the end of Fall and Spring semesters -- all courses and programs (instructional, counseling, and service/admin units) submit a Progress Report on assessment activities. These reports are snapshots of work done over the past 6 months and plans for the future months.

Summer classes should be included (where possible) in the Plans section of the Spring End-of-Semester Progress Report and later in Fall End-of-Semester Progress Reports in the Review section.

Submitted information is immediately available online and summarized each semester in reports.

Committee roles

Committee/workgroup structure is currently evolving as participatory governance and academic senate committees are futher developed. The image below provides a general guideline on the intended relationships among the current SLO workgroups and committees.
