The exploration and identificatoin of key curriculum/accross-the-curriculum issues that relate to the issues of diversity and advise the Curriuculum Committee accordingly. Identify key faculty and staff development issues, ideas and training opportunities related to diversity and advise the Staff Development Committee accordingly. Identify potential resources that can be utilized to assist the district in achieving its goals and objective related to diversity. Identify diversity issues that impact negatively on student success and retention and advise the Student Preparation/Success Committee accordingly.
