Accreditation Liaison Officer Gohar Momjian will present the completed Show Cause and Closure Report. This report contains the progress on meeting the standards, changes and actions taken to date, and proposed improvement plans. This report is due to ACCJC on March 15, 2013. In addition CCSF’s Student Learning Outcome (SLO) Report is also due on March 15, 2013. (See Appendices D and E)

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of Trustees authorizes the submittal of the
Show Cause and Closure Reports and the SLO Report.

On September 27, 2012, the Board of Trustees directed the Chancellor to propose a new administrative structure that reflects the Accreditation Commission and FCMAT recommendations including a structure that has academic integrity and an increase in administrative instructional oversight and accountability. The proposed administrative reorganization of the Academic Affairs Division was adopted by the Board adopted on October 25, 2012; and, the proposed administrative reorganization of the Student Services Division was adopted on December 13, 2012.
Pursuant to Education Code section 72411, for administrators who are hired by appointment or contract for a term of one year, failure to provide notice that they “may not be reemployed” by March 15 effectuates automatic renewal of their current contract with the same duration and terms as their current contract/appointment.
Therefore, this item has been placed on the agenda to notify the Board that the following administrators are impacted by the reorganization in the Academic Affairs and Student Services Divisions:
