|B3||Authorization to approve the Pacific Gas & Electric Agreement for electric distribution and service extension at 808 Kearny Street (Lot 9 & 10).|
|B4||Authorization to reallocate $5.0 million from the 2005 General Obligation Bond Issue from the Joint Use Building Project, with $4.5 million going to the Chinatown/North Beach Campus Project and $500,000 going to the ADA/Renovation/Remodeling Project and to directly charge up to $1 million in network costs for the Chinatown/North Beach Project to the Computer Network Project|
|B5||Authorization to contract with Strategic Education Services for special services and advice related to monitoring state legislation that may affect City College, and to represent City College in such matters at a total cost of $5,000 per month for the period October 1, 2011 through June 30, 2012, total cost for fiscal year 2011-12 not to exceed $45,000, with option to renew for an additional fiscal year at a monthly cost of $5,000|
