Periodicals include magazines, journals, and newspapers. Some periodicals are kept in their original paper format, but the majority are kept on microfilm. Current issues and some older issues of periodicals kept in print format are arranged on the shelves alphabetically by title and then by date. Periodicals on microfilm are filed in microfilm cabinets alphabetically by title and then by date. Green binders located in the Reference and Periodicals areas list the titles the Library owns, our holdings and indicates whether it is in paper format or on microfilm. You can search for a periodical in these binders by title and subject.
