Call Numbers are used by libraries to arrange books by subject and to indicate where they are located on the shelves. A book's call number will appear below the bibliographic record in the OPAC. If the book is available, its status will be indicated as, "On the shelf." If it has been borrowed by another student, its status will be indicated as, "Checked Out." If the book is circulating, call numbers with letters A through L are on the 5th Floor and call numbers with letters M through Z are on the 3rd Floor. All reference books are on the 4th floor. Reserve Book Room or RBR books are at the Circulation Desk.
