Metal Arts Program at the City College of San Francisco
Spring 2002, Rosenberg Library & Learning Resources, 3rd Floor

Metal Arts Program at CCSF The Metal Arts Program at the City College of San Francisco: The work of Jack da Silva, acting Program Coordinator of Metal Arts for the Art Department, and others from the Metal Arts program can be seen in the third floor exhibition area of the Louis and Claude Rosenberg, Jr. Library and Learning Resource Center.

“I have been an arts advocate for over 25 years and have sought to broaden public awareness of the arts in general, metalsmithing specifically,” da Silva stated. “Many who take classes at CCSF in Metal Arts experience art personally for the very first time. They are often thrilled to realize that they can create new and unique expressions of their own designs."
