"LRACCC will host the 2004 Annual North/South meeting on a celebratory theme that unveils more information about Libraries & Freedom. Mark your calendars for this 2004 event. The USA Patriot Act will be the focus of these meetings. Pat Connolly, former FBI agent and current lead instructor in the Administration of Justice program at MiraCosta College, will be the main speaker. A panel comprised of local Deans and Directors will react and respond to the presentation and questions."
