Arlington Hospitality, Inc
A hotel development, ownership and management company that builds, operates and manages mid- priced hotels. The companpy's growth strategy is focused on the expansion of the AmeriHost Inn hotel brand through new construction. It also owns and manages properties under franchise agreements with Days Inn, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn, and Hampton Inn.

Best Western International, Inc.
Organized as a not for-profit membership association with most of its sales coming from monthly fees and annual dues. Best Western hotels can be found in more than 80 countries around the world.

Buckhead America
The company's activities are focused primarily on expansion of the Country Hearth Inn chain of mid-priced hotels. These hotels offer quality lodging and the superior customer service of a bed-and-breakfast at reasonable prices. Expansion is being achieved through the acquisition and conversion of existing hotels, through company-owned and joint-venture development and through franchise sales.

Candlewood Hotel Company, Inc
Candlewood CEO Jack DeBoer, founder of the extended-stay
concept, also created residence Inn and co-founded Summerfield Suites.
Candlewood Suites is rapidly gaining national brand awareness with more than 90 open in 34 states.

Carlson Hospitality Worldwide
Carlson is involved in corporate solutions and consumer services in the marketing, travel and hospitality industries. Among the names in the Carlson family of brands are: Regent International Hotels; Radisson Hotels & Resorts; Country Inns & Suites By Carlson; Park Plaza hotels and T.G.I. Friday's restaurants.

Cendant Corporation
Cendant is the result of a merger between CUC International, a direct marketing operation, and HFS Incorporated, a master franchisor. The company operates predominantly in the USA, and some of its hotel brands include AmeriHost Inn, Ramada Inn and Super 8.

Choice Hotels International, Inc.
A hotel franchiser. Its brands include Comfort, Clarion, Quality Inn, Rodeway Inn, Sleep Inn, and Econo Lodge. The company participates in theextended- stay hotel market with its MainStay Suites.

Doubletree
Doubletree belongs to the Hilton Family of Hotels. It is an upscale, full- service hotel chain, located primarily in major metropolitan areas and leisure destinations.

Hilton Hotels Corporation
A globally known brand with over 80 years of franchising and hotel management experience. Its brands include Doubletree, Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites.

Homewood Suites
Homewood Suites by Hilton is an upscale, yet casual, all-suite, residential style hotel brand founded in the late 1980s. Most of its properties are developed in suburban areas surrounding top metropolitan markets.

Hospitality International, Inc.
Only franchises motels. Its brands include Red Carpet Inn, Scottish Inns, Master Hosts Inns, Passport Inn and Downtowner Inns, and they can be found in the United States, Canada and the Carribean.

Omni Hotels
Luxury lodging properties located in the US, Canada, Mexico and Asia. The properties are owned, managed and franchised, and TRT's rights to the brand exclude the properties in Asia.

Prime Hospitality Corp.
Owns, operates, manages and franchise hotels, with over 200 hotels in operation located across the United States. Brands include AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn & Suites.

Ramada Franchise Systems
Ramada Franchise Systems is middle to upper mid- market chain of about 1,000 properties throughout the USA.

Select Inns Of America, Inc
Competes in the economy, limited service segment. Its brand 'Select Inns' can be found mostly in the states bordering Canada.

Shilo Franchise International
Founded in 1974, company began franchising in 2001 out of Portland Oregon. It offers four brand extensions (Shilo Inn Suites Hotel, Shilo Inn Hotel, Shilo Inn Suites and Shilo Inn) to compete in the MICE and limited service segments.

ShoLodge Franchise Systems, Inc
Operates in the economy, limited service segment under the brands of Shoney's Inns & Suites, and Shoney's Inns.

Six Continents PLC
A global hospitality group, which owns, manages or franchises hotels, restaurants and bars. Its brands include Intercontinental, Holiday Inn, and Staybridge Suites.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide
Brands include such upscale chains as Four Points, Sheraton, St. Regis, Westin, and W Hotels. Starwood owns or leases a small number of its hotels and manages or franchises the rest. It also operates time-share resort properties through Starwood Vacation Ownership.

Suburban Lodges of America, Inc
The company franchises the 'Suburban Lodge' economy/extended-stay hotels that feature combination living rooms and bedrooms, kitchenettes, weekly maid service, and laundry facilities.

The Accor Group
Operates economy and budget hotels with brands such as Formule 1, Motel 6, Etap Hotel, Red Roof Inns and Ibis. It also owns hotels in mid- scale and upscale hotels with Suitehotel, Mercure, Novotel and Sofitel.

The Marcus Corp.
The company owns and franchises motels, hotels, and resorts, as well as movie theaters. It lodging brands operate in the limited-service segment, and include Baymont Inns & Suites and Woodfield Suites.

U.S. Franchise Systems, Inc.
USFS includes the following brands: Microtel Inns & Suites; Hawthorn and Best Inns & Suites.

WestCoast Hospitality Corporation
Based in Spokane, WA, the corporation owns, operates, manages and franchises hotels throughout the Western United States under the name WestCoast Hotels.

Woodfin Suites Hotels LLC
Based in San Diego, CA, the company operates a chain of all
suite properties that include Woodfin Suite Hotels and Chase Suite Hotels.

Wyndham International
Operates hotels across Canada, the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, and the US. Primarily of the upscale variety, the company's hotels operate under brand names such as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Luxury Resorts, and Summerfield Suites by Wyndham.
