Multicultural Foodservice and Hospitality Alliance
"The MultiCultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance (MFHA) is a national think tank which promotes the economic benefits of diversity and inclusion in the foodservice and hospitality industry. The MFHA organizes national conferences and develops products which provide solutions and opportunities for the industries most pressing diversity issues."

Black Culinarian Alliance
Founded in 1993, The Black Culinarian Alliance (BCA) is a nationwide, non-profit educational and networking organization of hospitality and foodservice professionals.

National Center for Minorities in Hospitality
NSMH is the premier professional organization for minority hospitality students.

Women's Foodservice Forum
The WFF was formed in 1989 by a group of women in the foodservice industry who saw a need to make sure women were given the chance and the resources to succeed. All segments of the industry are reflected in the membership, including restaurant operations, manufacturing, distribution, publishing and consulting.

Developed through the University of Houston's Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restuarant Management, this institute focuses on diversity education, training, and issue resolution affecting the hospitality industry and its workforce

Cornell's Worplace Diversity Network
The Network is a joint project of the National Conference for Community and Justice (NCCJ), a leading human relations organization founded over 70 years ago to fight bias, bigotry and racism, and the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, known for its expertise in human resources, employment and labor relations and negotiation.

NAACP Lodging Industry Report Card
The NAACP Economic Reciprocity Initiative (ERI) was launched in 1996 as a sustained consumer movement measuring corporate America’s commitment to the African American citizenry and other people of color. ERI targeted companies are surveyed for their activity in employment, equity ownership and franchise opportunities, advertising and marketing, philanthropy and vendor relationships. Each year they provide the Lodging Industry with its report card.
