- California Demographics
The Demographic Research Unit of the California Department of Finance is designated as the single official source of demographic data for State.
- Race and Ethnicity in California: Demographics Report Series
The series documents the current socioeconomic, educational, and demographic status of ethnic and racial minority populations in California. Reports include: 1)Racial/Ethnic Diversity and Residential Segregation in the San Francisco Bay Area; 2) Households and Families in the San Francisco Bay Area; 3) Households and Families in the Ten Largest Cities of the San Francisco
Bay Area; 4) The Population of Two or More Races in California.

- 1997 EconomicCensus: Service Industries
Provides statistical figures on number of establishments, employees, annual payroll and receipt in dollars for the service industry. Survey is done every 5 years, and the next report is published in 2005.
