Professor Motamedi has been teaching at CCSF since 2002.

She says that everyone learns differently, so she likes tailoring her classes as much as possible to the type of students she has. It is also important to her to create a safe learning environment for her students where they feel at ease to actively participate.

In her leisure time, Professor Motamedi enjoys cooking scrumptious desserts with her son, paddling in the pool with her daughter, biking around Berkeley with her husband, and city-hopping with her family in Europe, learning new languages, and reading..
