Mr. Oakley has been teaching at CCSF for the past 4 years.

He likes to teach a wide range of cooking skills and works with the flavors from many cultures. He also enjoys the artistic part of cooking from carving through presentation and tries to give students a good background in quality food.

Mr. Oakley has been involved in field trips with the 5 Star Hospitality Club and demos.

Some of his extracurricular activities include cooking, ice carving and horticulture.
