Ms. Asebedo has been teaching full-time at CCSF since 1999.

Teaching printmaking courses provides Ms. Asebedo an avenue to share with students not only related techniques and processes, but also the fulfilling challenge of developing ideas, communicating with others and problem solving.

Ms. Asebedo is serving her second term as the elected Chairperson of the Art Department.
She serves on the Academic Senate Executive Council, as a member of the Faculty Position Allocation Committee and on college wide projects such as the Eligibility Requirements and Self Study Reports for 2014.

Activities include drawing, printmaking, cycling, hiking, climbing and continuing to explore San Francisco on foot with son.
