Professor Lee has been teaching at CCSF since 1983.

His educational philosophy: Teaching is a great privilege. Few callings can influence minds and touch lives as teaching. ESL is a great challenge. I get to help my community, serve a greater good in society, and connect with my culture. Language is a powerful tool. Learning to use English in America is a way to succeed. Being a facilitator for people to accomplish this goal is very rewarding.

Professor Lee has been on Hiring Committees twice; is a member of the Noncredit Curriculum Committee, is an Affirmative Action Monitor, and is on the Tenure Review Chairs Committees.
